The Split & Mix Large attachment allows you to vary the cooking times in your QUATRO L kamado.
Consisting of several separate elements, this cooking system is very flexible and allows you to cook the elements in several levels, either directly and/or indirectly.
Optimize your cooking spaces to distribute a variety of foods and cook them simultaneously. You will save time and efficiency! The Split & Mix Large allows you to accumulate up to 3 cooking heights in your kamado.
Essential for your “Low and Slow” cooking as well as your smoking. These cooking methods require moving dishes and food away from the heat source. The ceramic half-moons allow for homogeneous firing. Cordierite conducts and diffuses heat optimally. This will ensure that the food is perfectly cooked and rich in flavour.

DESIGN & CONCEPTION
Made of 304 L stainless steel, the stainless steel components are made of the highest quality alloy that makes them extremely resistant to heat, corrosion and food contact compliance.
The ceramic half-moons are made of cordierite ceramic with a black glaze. Easy to maintain, clean them with a sponge and water.
