Which lid for my brazier?
The protective cover and the damper cover have 2 distinct functions. Both are very useful, it can sometimes be difficult to tell the difference and understand their own features. We have listed the specific functions of each in the table below.

Choose your damper lid?
1. A handle made of mahogany wood and not steel. The mahogany wood handle prevents heat transmission and makes handling much easier. The steel handle will get very hot and you may get burned.
2. Holding pins in the centre of the hearth. Otherwise, the damper cover may not be held in place and will allow air to pass through, which will prevent the fire from being extinguished.
Choose your big lid?
1. Retaining edge and retaining wedges on the center of the plancha. Otherwise, the large lid will not be maintained. It will slip and may fly out of the brazier more easily.
2. Anti-corrosion treatment: no rust, more pleasant to use and for putting glasses and utensils.
