SQUARE OR ROUND BRAZIER

USER-FRIENDLINESS

The round brazier: the most convivial

The circular shape of the TRIO brazier allows everyone to easily gather around the plancha to cook and enjoy together. Traffic is easy and unhindered. Naturally we gather in a circle.

The square brazier does not offer this ease to move around the brazier and gather in groups. The protruding angles are a brake and limit traffic as well as the number of people who can gather.

HEAT DISTRIBUTION

The best heat distribution of the round brazier

A round brazier ensures that the heat is evenly distributed. It is possible to heat the entire plancha evenly and even create zones to reserve food on a temperate zone (you push the wood/charcoal only on one side of the plancha so as not to heat the entire brazier).

The main disadvantage of the square brazier is the loss of cooking capacity compared to the round brazier: the corners are “cold zones” that do not heat up. As with the round brazier, it is possible to keep the food warm in the corners, but these cold areas will never turn into a cooking zone. It is a shame to lose cooking capacity.

With a round brazier you can alternate between cold and hot cooking areas. No stress, the cooking is done at your own pace, according to your desires and the number of guests. Whereas with the square brazier, your cold zones are fixed, and they don’t turn into a cooking zone when the number of your guests increases! The round brazier embodies flexibility and versatility.

SECURITY

Round brazier: no protruding angle

The protruding angles of the square brazier are a danger for young and old alike!

Walk around the fire pit without clutter. No need to go around the annoying corners of the square brazier.

For even more safety, try adding the brazier tower.

SPACE SAVING

The circular brazier takes up less space than the square brazier. It is easier to integrate a round brazier on a terrace or in a garden than a square brazier.

In short, the square brazier takes up more space and is less versatile. It should also be noted that everything that can be done on the square brazier can be done on the round brazier, but not the other way around! Not everything that can be done on the round brazier can be done on the square brazier!
