PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The TRIO is a cooking tool that combines the functionalities of a brazier, plancha and barbecue with the possibility of storing wood.
Its unique design makes it a simple, elegant and functional object. Harmonious and timeless, it is suitable for all architectural styles (protected design in France and abroad).
Its ingenious design includes the “airflow” air supply system that passes through the double wall of the shelf support, rises into the gaps in the bottom plate of the fireplace. This makes the TRIO easy to light and maintain at heating temperature, limiting the release of annoying fumes.
The TRIO is available in several models to allow you to choose the height, diameter and finish that suits you best. In particular, you can create your outdoor kitchen with modular furniture.
The TRIO can be accessorized with a wide range of accessories such as cooking grates, a brazier tower or a rotisserie.
HOW TO CHOOSE?
The TRIO98 model is suitable for both private and professional use. It offers a larger cooking surface than the 82cm model.
Allows you to prepare complete meals for groups of up to 40 people. Professionals can use it for more guests. You can create different cooking zones, to cook or keep warm, as well as vary the capacity of the plancha according to the number of guests.
The TRIO98 is available in 2 heights: 100 and 110cm. Only the height of the bowl differs between all braziers. The diameters 82 and 98 allow them to use standard size logs in 30cm or 50cm.

MAINTENANCE ADVICE
Quick and easy steps for the maintenance and longevity of your barbecue brazier:
– the TRIO Plancha can be cleaned quickly : while the fire is still lit, scrape off the food residues with the professional spatula and then push them into the centre of the fireplace so that they are destroyed by the heat.
– To preserve the Plancha for many years, season regularly by applying vegetable oil before and after each use to prevent possible corrosion.
– No ash drawer for more longevity ! The ashes can be removed with a shovel or ash vacuum. For all the inconvenience they cause, we have excluded the presence of an ash drawer.
– Don’t be afraid of the rain! The water naturally drains through the double wall and takes the same path as that of the rising air!
