The QUATRO Large Kamado Barbecue is a 4-in-1 smoker, oven, barbecue & rotisserie appreciated by individuals and professionals for its design and exceptional cooking performance.
It is aimed at all the daring and passionate about cooking wishing to to cook everything with charcoal. The meat, fish and vegetables are tasty and have an unequalled taste compared to a classic barbecue.
It can cook for up to 12 guests. The quality of its ceramic combined with its shape allows it to maintain constant temperatures both low and high, while consuming little energy.
The quality of its dense and thick ceramic (35mm) allows optimal heat retention inside the QUATRO for several hours.
Adjustable top ventilation hatch. Multi-position cast iron ventilation consisting of 3 separate parts for precise temperature adjustment. Can be opened completely for a quick rise in temperature. Partial opening with radial smoke outlet. Complementary with the lower draft ventilation. Thanks to this element, it is easy to manage the rise in temperature as well as its maintenance during cooking.
To make it easier to open and close the lid, it has a solid adjustable hinge with stainless steel springs that largely compensates for the significant weight of the ceramic
