Adjustable top ventilation hatch. Multi-position cast iron ventilation consisting of 3 separate parts for precise temperature adjustment. Can be opened completely for a quick rise in temperature. Partial opening with radial smoke outlet. Complementary with the lower draft ventilation. Thanks to this element, it is easy to manage the rise in temperature as well as its maintenance during cooking.
The innovative nature of its design is also based on its innovative HPL – Compact tablets. More resistant and easy to maintain than bamboo and teak wood, HPL is present in kitchens and outdoors.
