The plancha brazier grill that allows you to vary the cooking: cooking your food on the fire directly on the marking grid or in casseroles, woks, other utensils, etc.
Used with the barrier (BA98), it allows food to be cooked very close to the embers.
It is composed of 2 distinct elements:
- 1 high-temperature black powder-coated steel tripod
- 1 removable black steel center part

A versatile and robust grille.
Quick and easy steps to maintain and last for your removable grille:
– The grill can be cleaned quickly : while the fire is still running, scrape off food residues with a professional spatula or a non-abrasive brush and push them into the centre of the fireplace so that they are destroyed by the heat.
– To preserve the grill for many years, season regularly by applying vegetable oil before and after each use to prevent possible corrosion.
The grill is easily stored under the brazier cover.
1 RACK – A MULTITUDE OF COOKING METHODS
At the heart of our know-how, the design and conception of our products are internalized, which allows us to easily evolve the range of TRIO accessories.
For example, we designed the TRIO barrier so that it allows direct and indirect cooking methods to be combined, and at 2 different heights: far from the brazier hearth and close to the brazier hearth.

The removable grill for the barbecue plancha brazier is designed in 2 elements : the central grill and the tripod.
The tripod is elevated enough to allow whole logs to be passed through to fuel the fire while it is lit.
Vary and combine a wide variety of different cooking methods to cook meat, fish, fruit and vegetables:
