Comment suivre ma commande ?
To track your order, go to My Account and then to “My Orders”. You will find the details of your orders, as well as their status.
Comment modifier ma commande ?
For any modification or cancellation request, we invite you to send an email to contact@coeo-design.com, as soon as possible after your order before we can take the necessary steps before your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify it.
Comment accéder à ma facture ?
Your invoice will be available as soon as your order is shipped and available on your My Account area.
Any request for a change to the invoice must be requested before shipping, as the change will no longer be possible after shipping.
Comment modifier mon adresse de livraison et facturation
Go to the My Account area and then to “Addresses”. You can then edit the pre-filled fields. Don’t forget to commit the changes.
If you have current orders, the information will not be changed on it, so we invite you to send us the new information by email at contact@coeo-design.com.
